Chesterfield and Midlothian Energy Auditors LLC is a locally owned small business led by Scott Waggoner, an experienced home energy auditor who has been helping homeowners better understand their homes for approximately 13 years. Scott takes a practical, homeowner-first approach to every audit, looking at each house as if it were his own and focusing on recommendations that can improve comfort, safety, health, and energy efficiency.

As a BPI Certified Building Analyst Professional, a Building Analyst Technician, and a DPOR licensed Residential Building Analyst, Scott provides independent evaluations and clear, prioritized recommendations. Because the business does not sell products or equipment, homeowners can feel confident that the guidance is focused on helping them make informed decisions about the improvements that make the most sense for their home and budget.
